Lunch Free Concert: Miles to Mozart. A musical journey through classical music, jazz and folklore
Foyer, Berliner Philharmonie, Herbert-von-Karajan-Str. 1, 10785 Berlin
Tuesday at 1pm is hard, I know, yet Berliner Philarmonie is offering free concerts in the foyer on a weekly basis – if it does not work this time you can try later. It is also a good chance to visit for the first time or enjoy again the Philarmonie building and its love boat style. This week the performers are Felix Borel (Violin) and Marcin Grochowina (Piano)

PERCUSSION: two days of exhibition and concerts
Errant Bodies, Kollwitzstrasse 97, 10435 Berlin
This Prenzlauerberg based space offers a good program focused on sound art experimental projects. On June 4th adn 5th they’ll present a show and two live performances. The protagonist is Michael Vorfeld, an artist who worked extensively with analogue photography, graphic and electroacoustic music. Both live performances will involve the drummer Christian Wolfarth, loads of percussions and self designed string instruments. Check the website for more details and if you find it interesting as I do dare to climb up North, out of your Kreuzkölln nest, for a change.
